Will never order again the unit that was sent was defective and would not take any charge I have been extremely disappointed with this product as I have orderered multiple supplies for it just not a very well engineered product and NO responses from your customer service department whatsoever.

Ps- the best cleaning and loading tool for dry herb+ is still a paper clip, I've found.. Would love if there were some sort of easy loading/packing tool- something to tamp down the flowers around the heating element.
