    Customer satisfaction is our top priority and to further ensure that you are satisfied with your product, we do offer a limited warranty against any and all manufacturing defects as stipulated under the warranty section. If you feel that you have received a defective item and would like to initiate a return under the terms of our warranty plan, you will first be required to create a account with us if you do not have one, then contact our customer service department explaining your warranty related issues. 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exchanges@blackoutx.com and send your item to:

    If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@blackoutcigs.com so we can determine the proper course of action.  We will make every effort to correct defective parts in a timely manner. Returns should be sent to:

    Returns are subject to restocking/return fees due to our products not being able to be re-used (see below). We could make all sales final, but we owe it to our clients to be fair on both sides of the transaction. Note: Unused items in their original packages may be exchanged without incurring a restocking fee. Please email us at returns@blackoutx.com so we can determine the proper course of action. Buyer pays shipping for all returns or exchanges.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    We reserve the right to refuse replacement if we find that the item does not meet the guidelines of our warranty replacement program as described in the Warranty Section. If an item is refused replacement it will be returned to you along with an explanation as to why the item was refused.
