Got it at the beginning of 2016. My mouthpiece took some wear but they are so easy to replace and thing has seriously survived through everything! Had a wild and crazy year this piece was really there for me. Just ordered two mouthpieces and a new grinder because I gave my original one to my friend. I love you guys. Prices are insane.
I would have given a 5 star because I love the product, but it took over a month to get delivered.
However, it took a lot longer than the 4-7 days posted on the website. If you are ordering this, be prepared to wait 4 weeks for it. they did provide some disposables to me for the trouble but those are useless for dry herb so i cant use them.

This is my second 2.0 cause the mouth piece on the first one broke. The technology is sound and it's well made. They should make replacement mouth peices.

This is actually the second unit I've purchased - this one was a gift because they enjoyed mine so much. Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to charge - no waste, no burning. It does exactly what I want it to for (now) less than $80. Makes it easy to relax.
I am really enjoying this vape mainly for its convenience and descretion. The product arrived very quickly, within days of ordering. Only thing I don't love is the chamber size, wish it was larger to hold more herb. Also after about two cycles the herb as used up.

I really like the V2.0 only problem I had was it taking almost two months to get to me.
Before this, I bought a couple cheapo vapes that completely burnt my herb. I don't have that problem with the Dry Herb+. It's not the most discreet, but it's perfect for smoking at home. It's powerful but gentle on my lungs. The only complaint I have is that the herb chamber is small, but if I fill it up 2-4 times I get a good buzz. This makes it hard to medicate discreetly. The battery life is good for me, I just have to charge it after 2-3 uses. Overall, I love this vape and I feel like I got my money's worth.

Ordered in Feb. I gave it a month and then started asking questions in the customer chat room where I was given 2 false dispatch dates over the course of another 3 weeks. The third time I asked if my product had been sent I was ignored so I complained on Twitter to which I had an immediate response and the problem solved. Took about 2 months total time from purchase to delivery. Note: Site listed product as in stock when I ordered. I'll end with a positive. Tried the Dried Herb v2.0 and it's great.
Nicely packaged, good size and easy to use but.... after trying it with flower it really doesn't work all that well... the pull is very light and the hit is weak. This vape pen is better suited for liquids/waxes...
I like the small bowl for portion control. The unit heats up quickly & seems to fully vaporize the flower. Two concerns are that it gets too hot & almost combusts, so I get a distinct burnt popcorn flavor. Also, I can’t turn it off when done & it keeps heating. I’d like to be able to limit temp to 180* C, as cannabis can combust at 200* C.
Like what everyone else is saying, this pen is great. Discrete, easy to load, easy to clean, and affordable. Exactly what I needed for my situation. Charge keeps for a long time as well.

The outside vape is not built to take the heat and becomes brittle and breaks off. Otherwise, it was a very good experience and worked well
I got this for a great deal on cyber Monday, and it has exceeded expectations. Battery lasts at least 5-6 sessions and is easy to recharge. The chamber could be a bit bigger, but at least it makes my herb last longer.

I got one of these for my best friend and he loves it. I've used it a few times and I have to say that I honestly have no gripes or complaints. It is absolutely amazing, easy to use and clean!

The dry herb 2.0 is a wonderful pen. It heats up quick, and comes with some tools for cleaning, packing, and pulling the excess out of the loading chamber. My only disappointment is that it doesn't give you the most out of the dry herb. It's almost better to just smoke it out of a bowl, because it cuts the effect in half, at least for me and my girlfriend. It's still an amazing option for if you're trying to be low key or just not inhale smoke. I definitely recommend this pen.
Good unit in flower mode. not very good for concentrates and was unable to remove the concentrate cup at all. Not very happy with that and not very good customer service when I have not heard from company after writing about problem. Based on customer support (lack of) I would not recommend to anybody else. Let’s see if you can respond to this.

I ordered the dry herb 2.0 a little over a month ago and it has been great. Takes about 45 seconds to heat up and it doesn't burn the contents like other vape pens.
For a medicinal user that can’t handle smoking herb this has been exactly what the Dr. ordered! SO VERY SMOOTH! No burn, no carbon taste, just pure herb! This now opens up my options for what I can get for relief. I tried other “similar” products that just didn’t give me the smooth draw and ease of use my Blackout X is giving me. I love it!
I have to say I think the temp should be adjustable so the herb doesn't get vape too fast causing it to be too harsh and that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 star.

it's a little tricky to remove the wax cup but i really like this machine. For me it is really superior to smoking. In the past I've used an analog version, which is glass and uses a candle flame to heat the air you bring through the herbs. This experience is almost identical, just a lot simpler and especially portable vs the analog one. Great work, blackoutx.

This was our (my wife and I), xmas present to each other but it never got wrapped. We have been enjoying it daily since it arrived . At 65+ yrs. some new things take getting used to , but not so with our new vape ! Very easy to use , discreet ,and
no more harsh smoke or odor !!

capacity of the PREM31R is ideal for larger groups or extended

It works as promised, however I'm never quite sure when it needs refilling, and the battery need charging more often than the book says.

This vaporizer is worth the price. Simple to use, fits nicely, and very sleek.
The product works Perfect, I should have spent the extra money and got the Prem31R but I will get one at a later date, until then this v2.0 is really great, it is truely awesome! The only problem I have is that to get this product you have to sign up to there web site to get them to ship it. Not so cool in this day and age.

This unit is perfect. Easy to use, easy to clean just all around easy. Doesn't burn and tastes good. If you asked me if you should buy one, I'd say buy two because as soon as you show this to your friend's or SO they will want one.
I like the idea of this thing, but it seems to burn too hot for me. It’ll burn up what I put inside really quickly. Maybe it’s user error, but the instructions weren’t the most helpful in the world.

This was an interesting product- not sure if it was what I was expecting.
The burn is decent, but definitely hard to use and get used to.
If you want to switch out the chambers to switch from herb to wax it is nearly impossible.
This is more of a portable vaporizer, similar to the taste you get from a larger vaporizer (Buddha). If you are looking for a pen for wax- this isn't the product for you.

works great! Great purchase, I've had it for a few months now and it still works perfectly. The only negative thing is it's tough to clean it after using for a while.
This vaporizer is amazing! If you fill the chamber you will not be disappointed with the vape clouds. It is easy to clean and the little drop in wax/oil cup is great if I ever want to use that function. The unit only takes a minuet to be ready to use which beats my home unit by 6 min to get to the same temp. I love this little guy and it goes everywhere with me. I would highly recommend it to all.

it gets very hot to the touch when used, almost burns my hand, and it seems to "scorch" the material rather than vaporize it. smells and tastes like burnt popcorn. not a pleasant experience.

I purchased the Dry Herb 2.0 two months ago. This was my first vaporizer and I am completely happy with it. I no longer wake up with congestion and a smokers cough the next day not to mention the dirty ashes left over from a bowl or a joint. Knowing that it has a 2 year warranty makes this an awesome unit to own. Thanks BlackoutX!

Works great for the most part, although after the first few uses after charged it takes more than the 35 seconds to heat up like it says. Also, it says the battery lasts about 80 minutes per charge and when turned on it stays on for 3.5 minutes which should give you about 22 uses per charge, however if I use it 10-15 times it needs to be charged again. But other than that it functions properly, easy to clean, easily concealable, and just an all around pretty decent product. However I personally have nothing to compare it to since this is the ony one I've had. One last thing, I have a suggestion for the designers; put a battery life indicator somewhere on it because I really hate when I just pack it and I turn it on and go to smoke and find out it has a dead battery, especially when
1. I'm out and can't charge it and
2. It takes four hours to charge anyway.
Works ok. Biggest problem is the heat up time. Takes waaaaay longer than advertised to reach green light status. Advertised as ~35 secs to heat up but mine takes 2.5-3 mins. It's about 5x longer than you say it should take. This cuts into use time as well since I have to spend so much time waiting for it to heat up, the battery can only handle so much.
